Your adventure begins with a captivating short story told by a local historian, painting a vivid picture of the history, legends, and untold stories of the frontier. As the storyteller weaves tales of cowboys, pioneers, and the untamed land, you'll find yourself transported to a bygone era. Once you're fully immersed in the Old West spirit, the real fun begins with a variety of hands-on activities designed to bring the frontier to life! Some of the Activities included are: Horseback Riding: Experience the thrill of riding horseback as you saddle up for a ride through the Dare to Dream pasture, embracing the spirit of the cowboy. Horse Care: Understand the essentials of caring for horses—feeding, grooming, and saddling—as you bond with these majestic animals. Branding: Learn about the importance of livestock brands. Create your very own unique brand to leave a mark of your legacy. Horse Shoeing: Get hands-on experience with the delicate craft of horse shoeing, learning the care and skill needed to keep the horses of the Old West in top shape. Campfire Songs and Stories: As the afternoon approaches, gather around the campfire to share songs, tall tales, and laughter, just as pioneers and cowboys did. Sculpting Horses: Channel your inner artist as you learn to shape and mold horses from clay, creating your own masterpiece. Leather Work: Craft your own leather keyring creations, learning the techniques that were once essential for survival and style in the Old West. Western Games: Try your hand at classic cowboy games like horseshoe tossing, cornhole, and a variety of fun challenges that test your skill and teamwork. By the end of this unforgettable adventure, you'll walk away not just with new skills but also with a deeper connection to the Old West.
