Life Drawing Sessions Facilitator: Mark Marino Maximum Participants: 16 Cost: $25 per session Dates: April 3, April 17, May 1, May 15 Time: 7-9 pm Location: In the GMAEC Bank of Colorado Theatre Materials: Bring your favorite paper and drawing tools (pencil, chalk, pastels recommended) Life art sessions will feature a live model who will present a series of poses in a progressive timed series over two hours. Artists will be self-guided, choosing their preferred medium. All artists must be 18 years or older. Etiquette: Do NOT take photographs of the model, do not ask the model if you can take a photo. This is a violation and unacceptable. Do NOT touch the model, NO exceptions. Do NOT invade the model’s personal space. This includes sitting on the model’s stand at any time. Do NOT speak to the model unless first spoken to. This applies before, during, or after the drawing session. Other than a polite “hello” in the hallway, or a “thank you” at the end of the session, there is no reason to approach or talk to the model. Do NOT ask the model out on a date or ask personal questions. This is a professional and academic environment and should be treated as such at all times.
