The Last Spike

The Last Spike features a unique mixture of acoustic modern Folk/Americana, Bluegrass, and Celtic-type music. Together, Dave Werden (Dobro and mandolin), Randy Arndt (Guitar), Jody Brown (Bass), and Hannah Werden (Fiddle), showcase colorful three part vocal harmonies and intricate instrumental highlights in their diverse original songs. Their name comes from the title of an original song inspired by the golden last Spike driven to commemorate the joining of the first transcontinental railroad.
