Cancellation/Refund Policy

 

 

TICKETED EVENTS

(Ticketed events include, but are not limited to, concerts, plays, festivals, annual signature events, or any other event that requires the purchase of a ticket)

 

  • When a cancellation is initiated by GMAEC:

    • If for any reason the Grand Mesa Arts & Events Center cancels an event, you will be notified at least 24 hours before the event and a full refund will be issued.

 

  • When a cancellation is initiated by the ticket holder:

    • Ticketed Events are non-refundable. If for any reason you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another person and must notify GMAEC of the transfer.  You also have the option to donate the value of your ticket to GMAEC.

 

CLASSES, CAMPS, WORKSHOPS

(Classes, camps, and workshops include, but are not limited to, any class, camp, workshop, or other service that requires a booking/registration fee)

 

  • When a cancellation is initiated by GMAEC: 

    • If for any reason the Grand Mesa Arts & Events Center cancels a class, camp, workshop or special program, the participant will be notified at least 24 hours before the class and issued a full refund.

 

  • When a cancellation is initiated by the participant:

    • If for any reason you are unable to attend a class, you must notify GMAEC no less than 7 days before the start date to request a credit.

    • Cancellations received fewer than 7 days before the start date will not be eligible for a credit.

    • If for any reason you are unable to attend a class, you may transfer your registration to another person and must notify GMAEC of the transfer. You also have the option to donate the value of your registration to GMAEC.

    • No credits will be issued for no shows.

 

ISSUING CREDITS/REFUNDS

 

When GMAEC cancels an event, class, workshop, or camp, a full refund will be issued to the payment method used to make your reservation.

 

Otherwise, if you qualify for a credit, you will be issued a GMAEC gift card for the eligible amount.
